By default, a new Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 feature blocks all pop-up windows, even the windows you deliberately launch.
If you experience difficulty accessing files or downloads, follow the instruction below to allow pop-ups as they are encountered or to permanently turn off the blocking feature.
One-Time Access
Hold the control (CTRL) key down while you press the button/link that opens the pop-up/download.
Note: You must continue to hold the CTRL key down until the page finishes displaying or until you are prompted to Open/Save/Cancel the file. If you release the control key prior to this occurrence you are telling IE 7.0 that you no longer wish to see the requested file/window.
