The Scheduled and Actual columns represent the scheduled and actual hours of parenting time. Scheduled time is what you should have received according to your parenting plan, while Actual time is how much time you actually got.

The Difference column shows parenting time in hours that should have been received, but weren't. This is also referred to as "denied time". If you receive more time than what was scheduled, a positive value for Difference will be displayed.

The columns for Regular, Late, Missed, and Phone are event counts. These are not amounts like hours, but counts of the occurrance of the event types in the Tracker's Location and Visit Type drop-down lists.

The Denied and Nights ((for 'Overnights') columns are also event counts, but they are different in that they are automatically detected and displayed.

Note that the 'Denied' selection in the Visit Type drop-down is not the same thing as an automatically-detected 'denied' condition, and does not count towards the 'Denied' figure in the Yearly Statistics.

The Miles and Expense columns are the totals of the amounts you entered for the 'Mileage' and the 'Expense' figures in the Tracker. These two values are used to track mileage and any funds that were spent during your parenting time (or that are related to it) such as food, gas, toys, etc.
